Are you a student who will be entering Grade 11 or 12 in September? Do you want to be a voice for your peers in HPEDSB? There will be three (3) student trustee positions open for the 2024-2025 school year with one being held by a student who identifies as Indigenous.
Student Trustee elections will take place at the Student Voice leadership conference on Friday, April 26, 2024.
Students wishing to apply for a student trustee position must answer the following question:
Why would you like to be a student trustee in HPEDSB? Use your living, lived, leadership, and other experiences to support your answer using your preferred method of choice (essay, video, slide presentation, etc.).
Students interested in running for a student trustee position should email their applications to Megan Adam (

4:00 pm on Friday, April 19, 2024.
Student trustee positions will be voted on by those attending the conference. Applicants must ensure they have a staff reference included in their application package and their school administrators should be aware they are applying.
