June is Pride Month. We are committed to providing an environment where all staff, students, and their families feel seen, heard, welcomed and that they belong.
As outlined in the
Equity Action Plan, Pride flags are proudly displayed year-round at all HPEDSB schools and buildings.
While this is only one small step in ensuring our school communities are safe and welcoming for all learners, staff, and their families, it is an important symbol, especially during Pride Month.
Once again, HPEDSB is excited to take part in the 2024 Bay of Quinte Pride Parade!
When: Saturday, June 8, 2024
Time: 12:00 pm
Where: The parade will start at the north end of the Riverside Parking Lot (the one west of downtown Belleville) and end at the Lions Pavilion at West Zwicks Park.
All staff, students and families are welcome and encouraged to join in the parade!
We will start to gather at 11:15 am at the north end of the Riverside Parking Lot.
