Trenton High teachers Jeff McDougall and Angelo Tsarouhas team up with Quinte West OPP officer Dave Ludington to present the challenges and positives of social media for youth.

Social media applications such as Twitter, Facebook and others, are a fact of life today. Understanding how to capitalize on them will help young people to be successful in our ever-changing economy.

During the question period, Louanne Moore, the school child and youth counsellor, will be available to discuss how to help those who are experiencing cyber-bullying.

This presentation is open to all parents and guardians in Quinte West, especially those with students in Grade 6 and up.
