On Wednesday, March 4, 2015 the centre core of Stirling Public School (consisting of the learning commons, stage and gym) will be dedicated to Carl Pitman for his leadership and lifelong commitment to making a difference for students and the community. Two events are scheduled, as noted below.

Event 1, daytime, with students and by invitation only.

Please join us for the dedication of the Carl Pitman Centre with Stirling Public School staff, students and special guests.

Time: 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Location: Stirling Public School, 107 St. James Street, Stirling

Reporters are invited to this event.

The centre core of Stirling Public School, comprised of the learning commons, stage and gym, will be dedicated to Carl Pitman for his leadership and lifelong commitment to making a difference for students and the community.

Dedication Ceremony: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Stirling Public School, 107 St. James Street, Stirling

Carl Pitman was a school board trustee and served as Chair of the Board from December 2006 until his death in May 2011. Carl served the community as Deputy Fire Chief in Stirling-Rawdon, President of Stirling Lions Club, an active member of his church and was involved with Scouts Canada for over 30 years.
