The Junior Enrichment Development Initiative (JEDI) at North Hastings High School is a two-year program in which grade 9 and 10 students are challenged to further develop their intellectual abilities by participating in leadership activities, cultural events and volunteer work within the community.
Each year, JEDI members take part in enrichment curriculum, several different educational tours, such as to New York City, Washington D.C., Boston, Ottawa and Toronto, and engage with guest speakers who educate them on a variety of interesting subjects.
