November 5, 2020_Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board is establishing a vendor of record (VOR) list for various trades (see below) and is inviting submissions from companies.
Services will include building alterations, renewals, additions, installations, new constructions and various other projects. The successful respondents in each category listed below will be eligible for placement on a prequalification short list within each trade. Project-specific requirements will be indicated in the bid document second stage.
Interested companies are invited to respond to an online request for supplier qualifications by Tuesday December 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM local time. Paper submissions will not be accepted. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted through the HPEDSB Bids & Tenders website.
Submissions must include trade-specific capabilities, qualifications and relevant experience.
The term of this VOR will be three years with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms subject to satisfactory performance.
