Online pre-registration is available for all grades. That makes registering for school efficient and easy.
Parents/guardians of a student who is new to Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board can access the online form by first creating an account then filling in the required information. The submitted form goes to the school for holding until the parent/guardian completes the process by going to the school to show the required documentation and finalize registration.
When you visit the school to register, please bring:
- A birth certificate or passport as written proof of the child's date of birth
- Immunization card. You will be asked to fill out a public health form which will be sent to Hastings Prince Edward Public Health along with a photocopy of the immunization card Government of Ontario School Immunizations Checklist (Pdf)
- Confirmation of the parent/guardian name and home address, such as a driver's licence, hydro bill or phone bill
- Custody orders, if applicable
During the summer, elementary schools will be open during the week of August 26, 2019. Please call the school in advance to arrange a convenient time to register your child.
