Wednesday, October 25, 2017, is recognized as Child Care Worker & Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day in Ontario. It is a time to celebrate the skills and commitment of employees who engage with our young learners.

Engaging with our youngest students in caring, meaningful ways helps to create welcoming, inclusive, safe and accepting learning environments that optimize their potential (Well-Being priority).
At HPEDSB, early childhood educators work in partnership with classroom teachers, contributing to students' social, intellectual, emotional and physical development. Students, families and communities benefit from the caring actions and dedication of our early childhood educators. Their commitment to the achievement and well-being of our youngest learners is truly valued!
